They close it without any explanation, they do not provide any solution. A complete treatment of several years paid for and they do not even deign to offer alternatives... Not to mention a refund of money. The company is a shame. Find another one, don't risk your money with such scoundrels. I'm talking about Hedonai as a company. The treatment at the Salamanca branch has been friendly and cordial with all its employees in the short time they have had it open.

They close the center of Salamanca, after claiming several times, in April they contact us to confirm the amount to be returned and ask us for the account number. To this day we are still waiting for the return. They indicate that they are pending to carry out some procedures and sign papers. They are dragging their feet, they no longer report on the phone and they say that everything is by email. What do we have to wait for now?

I started the process of returning my money and as I have read in other comments, what they want to return to you is derisory, it is not even close to what they should return. From that moment on, they disappear. You call the customer service phone and those who answer you say that they are not the ones from customer service, that they have a long delay and even less by mail and it has already been 4 months. What a scam.
